What area do you service?
We service all around the Chicagoland area and northwest Indiana, as well as further for a travel fee. Contact Us now to see if we can come to you!
Can I book more than one character?
As long as we have the availability for your party/event's date and time, you can have as many characters as you would like!
Will I get the performer pictured on your website?
Each of our characters are portrayed by multiple performers at our company, and it cannot be guaranteed who will perform at your booking.
How many people can I invite to my booking?
You can invite as many people as you'd like to your party/event! The more the merrier!
What characters do you offer?
All of our current offered characters can be found on our character page. Don't see the character you are looking for? Send us an email to see if we can add them in time for you!
Do you have any discounts?

Where are you located?
While our costuming studio is located in Des Plaines, IL, we do not offer a physical location for our bookings. Instead, we come to YOU! We travel to houses, restaurants, parks, and more.
How much is the deposit?
We require full payment to add you to our calendar!
Can I change my character?
As long as we still have the availability, you can change your character as many times as you'd like!
Do you ever cancel bookings?
The only time we would cancel a booking is if our meteorologist deemed the weather unsafe for our performers to travel in. In this case, you can rebook or receive a full refund from us!
What is your phone number?
We do not share our phone number publicly, but we would love to schedule a call with you to answer any questions you may have.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
While your full payment is not refundable, you can use your payment toward any future booking if you have to cancel or would like to reschedule.
Do you donate your services?
We love to donate our services! We do not donate certificates for parties, but we do donate character visits to non-profits when we have the availability.
Can we meet your characters without booking a party?
You can find all of the public events that our characters will be appearing on our events page!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two months in advance with multiple date options to ensure you can book the character you're wanting!
